Why You Should Try A Ducane Gas Grill
If you love to grill and know that you love to grill then you are the perfect customer for a
Ducane gas grill. This is a serious, quality grill that will last you a lifetime. That is a lifetime of great foods cooked with ease and consistency. This grill looks great, almost as great as the food that you will make with it.
If you are like me then you know that a quality steak on the grill is the perfect food. It’s not what I eat every day, but when its time...its time. Since I got my
Ducane gas grill, I do not even bother to order steak when I go out.
Because I know that it will be a disappointment. The steaks that come off
my grill are perfect. I start with a quality cut of meat from our local butcher. That man knows how to cut a piece of meat. I do not know what the secret is, but I know that he knows it, and that is enough.
My secrets come when it is time to put the meat on the fire. I fire the
Ducane gas grill up and let it warm up slow. That gives me about twenty minutes to marinate the meat. I like Dales, but there are tons of great marinades out there. Sometimes I mix my own. Sometimes when I get a really beautiful cut of meat with just the right amount of fat marbled in it, I just go with a little salt and plenty of pepper.
The trick to
cooking the perfect steak is to know your grill. That is why I love my Ducane gas grill because I have had it forever and I know just what it is going to do. The trick to the perfect steak is that it should only be flipped one time, so you better get your timing right. Flipping it more than that means that it will start to get tough.
This is because it loses the juices that should stay trapped in the middle. I know my grill so well that I do not even have to cut into a steak to know when it has reached that perfect medium rare that makes my mouth water. The other
big secret for cooking the perfect steak comes after it is off the grill. Let it sit a few minutes. This is tough because you will want to dig right in.
But if you let it sit the flavors and juices set up and won’t all pour out when you cut it. This is especially critical when you
cook a big piece of meat like a flank steak. Fix everyone a nice cocktail why they wait. It will be well worth the wait. Enjoy!
